PRESIDENT
Dr. Piotrowski earned his PhD from Wheaton College in 2013. He has been part of the leadership of ITS since its inception in 2015. He spearheads the fundraising, leads the staff, and teaches Greek, Hermeneutics, and New Testament courses.

After serving 32 years in leadership roles at Dow Corning Corporation, Bruce joined ITS in July, 2018. He earned his MDiv from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has seven years of pastoral experience.

After many years of leading women’s ministries in her local church, Susan found herself serving and working in philanthropic roles around the city. In light of God’s generosity to her in Christ, she is passionate about inspiring others to live, love, and give generously.

ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
Andrew recently graduated with his Master of Divinity from ITS. He brings with him a deep passion for glorifying God by equipping future pastors for faithful ministry in the local church—especially through robust theological training and hands-on internships.
Andrew also serves as the Pastoral Assistant at Geist Community Church in McCordsville, Indiana, where he and his wife, Linnea, are active members.

Tara brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as Office Manager at New Hope Counseling and Academic Coordinator at The Oaks Academy in Indianapolis. Tara holds a degree in Bible from Johnson University.
Tara and her husband, Robbie, have four children and they are active in various ministries at New City Church.

ACCREDITATION LIAISON OFFICER
Stephanie and her husband Brandon have spent the last 13 years in ministry. In 2018, Brandon graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary and they moved back to Indiana to pursue long-term vocational ministry. As both a current student and administrator at ITS, Stephanie is deeply passionate about making rich theological training accessible for others in Central Indiana.

Brian graduated from Purdue University in 2018 with degrees in marketing and management. Since moving to Indianapolis that same year, he has been active in the city's real estate industry and began taking courses at ITS in 2022. Motivated by a desire to see local churches thrive, he is now responsible for the seminary's recruitment and admission efforts.

Kristine earned her Master's of Library Science from Wayne State University after getting an undergraduate degree from Grace College. With over a decade of experience working in public libraries Kristine is excited to join ITS as librarian in the work God is doing in the Indianapolis area.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Rachel joined the ITS staff in December 2025 and is also a current MDiv student. She is overjoyed to support the ministry of local churches through serving ITS’s generous donor community.
Rachel is a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Carmel, where she is involved in youth and music ministry. Rachel is grateful to God for the opportunity to love His people in response to His love toward her in Christ.

COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Deb comes to ITS after spending 20 years on staff at Zionsville Fellowship Church. She and her husband, Gerry, have 4 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Deb is a certified domestic abuse advocate and also serves as a CASA in Boone County. She and Gerry are active at ZF.
